The Kitakami River, which flows through Morioka City, will be divided into time race, group race, and free race. The time race will be raced over a course of approximately 8km from Yoshita Dam to Kaiun Bridge. It's truly a sight to see over 800 boats cheering each other as they strive to reach the goal.
