In Nishiwaga Town, which is also known as a heavy snowfall region in Iwate Prefecture, various flowers begin to bloom all at once as the trees bud from around late April, when the snow melts. There are many colonies of anthracite in the town, and the view of the brightly colored anthorns spreading out against the snowy mountains in the background is spectacular.
