Located in Morioka Station Building Feisan, Wanko Soba is available for one person only. The 10-cup trial course limited to the Fezan store is also popular. The noodles are made in-house using buckwheat flour sourced from Iwate Prefecture, and the traditional soba soup is also popular. Enjoy it with condiments that bring out the flavor of soba, such as tuna, grated mushroom mushrooms, and grated yam.
