Handmade miso made by carefully maturing local soybeans and high-quality koji. We continue to carefully make our products using the traditional, additive-free, natural brewing method. In addition to miso, we also sell pickles and sweet sake.

Forest soba restaurant

Handmade soba noodles are made by grinding locally produced buckwheat flour using a water wheel. Eggs and tofu are used as binders to create a smooth texture.
