Appi Kogen Farm Dairy Products

At Appi Kogen Farm, in order to produce safe milk, we produce our own grass to feed the cows, create an environment that does not cause stress to the cows, and improve the quality of milk, which is essential for dairy products. Yogurt and ice cream are also popular among tourists who come skiing.

Kuzumaki hot pot

This is a single-serve hotpot made with Kuzumaki-cho's abundant local specialties such as meat, vegetables, dairy products, and red wine, and topped with flat noodles produced in the town, ``Hibogahat''. Chefs at restaurants in the town have come up with creative ideas to serve hot pot in the winter and cold pot in the summer in Nanbu ironware pots. You can enjoy each original hot pot at each restaurant in Kuzumaki Town. *Hibogahatto is not used in the cold pot.

Akedo campsite

Although it was washed away by the tsunami, it was relocated inland and resumed operations in 2015. It is now wider and easier to use than before, so please feel free to use it.

A heart-pounding pottery experience (Jomon-style wild firing)

You can experience pottery using the original viscosity prepared by Fujisawa ware pottery. Firing is done in the open air. It is also possible to fire at the Fujisawa Noyaki Festival.

Oyone Manju

"Oyone Manju" was named after a tragic story handed down in Nishiwaga Town. Baked manju with crushed red bean paste and topped with thin walnuts, made using a method that hasn't changed since ancient times. Awarded the 16th National Confectionery Exhibition and the 22nd National Confectionery Exhibition.
