``Shiitake Boiled in Sweet and Spicy'' is a sweet and spicy simmer of ``Dried Shiitake'', a special product of Daito Town, which is made by drying thick shiitake mushrooms grown in Daito Town's natural woodlots. ``Shiitake mushroom lees pickled'' is made by marinating ``dried shiitake mushrooms'' with sake lees. Both are homemade flavors made by local moms without any additives.
