Nanbu rice crackers are made using Nanbu wheat from Iwate Prefecture and are baked one by one with great care. It has been loved for a long time for its simple, timeless taste of just the right amount of sweetness and saltiness. There is also a rare dish made with thinly grilled karinto. The light texture and not-too-sweet taste are exquisite.
