Sea diver soup and stew with strawberries

    This soup is made with fresh seafood from the Sanriku coast. Ama-no-Iso-jiru is made with sea urchin, tsubu, and scallops, and Ichigo-ni-ni is lavishly prepared with sea urchin and abalone, both of which are typical specialties of Kuji.
