The perilla juice "Kawai Perilla" is made by blending the extract of one-sided perilla (the top of the leaf is blue and the bottom is red), which is a specialty of the Kawai region of Miyako City, with pure honey harvested at the foot of Mt. Hayachine, making it a healthy product that does not use any coloring agents. Single-sided perilla has a good color and aroma, and contains a lot of iron and vitamins, so it is said to be good for people with anemia, sensitivity to cold, and allergies.
