Goishikaigan Rest House has a wide selection of local souvenirs, including the folk art Gongen-sama. The cafeteria, which has about 100 seats, offers ``healthy Tsubakiju cuisine'' made with seafood from the sea and mountains of Mt.Ofunato, as well as menus featuring plenty of abalone and scallops. In addition, at the confectionery workshop, you can try your hand at painting ``ikaka crackers'' with chocolate pens, and eat them freshly baked. There are also facilities in the surrounding area, such as the City Museum, the World Camellia Museum, and the Go Stone, so you can enjoy them throughout the year. Ofunato's local gourmet ``Sanma Ramen'' can be enjoyed on the second floor of the Goishikaigan Rest House restaurant.
