Fluffy crab (river crab soup)

Mokuzugani crabs caught in the Kesen River basin in Rikuzentakata City are crushed, backed, and gradually poured into Happo soup just before it boils, which is then mixed with crab. Vegetables such as spinach, tofu, etc. are added, and each family has its own way of tasting it.
