The Marukan Department Store Daishokudo, which had been closed and was missed, was revived on February 20, 2017 as the "Marukan Building Daishokudo".
Specialties include the 10-tier rolled soft-serve ice cream served with disposable chopsticks and the hearty "Neapolitan Katsu," a Neapolitan, pork cutlet, and salad served on a single plate.
The retro atmosphere reminiscent of a Showa-era daypart is also attractive.
