Iwate Prefecture's first new OMOTENASHI local gourmet dish, created to promote reconstruction from the earthquake disaster and revitalize the local community through food. (Nicknamed "Hotawaka Gozen")
This is an Omotenashi meal that lavishly uses three ingredients that Rikuzentakata City is proud of (fresh scallops from Hirota Bay, wakame seaweed, and brand rice "Takata no Yume").
The tray is made of beautifully grained Kesen cedar produced in the Kesen area.
