This soba is made with ``Kuretsubo Kabu,'' which was praised as a condiment for soba, sashimi, and yakiniku in the gourmet manga ``Oishinbo Volume 32.'' The unique spiciness that is different from chili peppers and wasabi brings out the soba noodles.
