Lake Tase, with its gentle waves, is an ideal environment for water sports. The Marine Center is designed with consideration for the surrounding landscape and environmental preservation, with a seawall design made of natural stone piled up on top of each other. Instructors are stationed at the facility, making it easy for even beginners to enjoy sailing and canoeing. In addition, the facility has been used as a venue for inter-high school rowing competitions and has been selected as a training camp for the Sydney Olympics rowing competitions, earning it a high reputation among experts.
