Flowers of Aspergillus daisies bloom from the end of May to mid-June, and the area of ​​the colony is about 3 hectares.

Torigoe Kannon

This is an old temple that is said to have been founded by Jikaku Daishi in the early Heian period (early 9th century). Nukabe is known as one of the 29 temples of the 33-sho Kannon pilgrimage, and as there is a record of a pilgrimage tag from 1512, it is believed that it was already a popular sacred place for Kannon pilgrimages in the latter half of the Muromachi period. has been done. The Okunoin temple was built in a rocky hut on a steep cliff of Mt. Torigoe, and is visited by many worshipers as a sacred place of Kannon.

Goshono ruins

On July 27, 2021, the "Jomon Ruins in Hokkaido and Northern Tohoku", including the Goshono Ruins, was decided to be registered as a World Heritage Site at the 44th World Heritage Committee meeting (held online). The remains of a large village from the middle of the Jomon period, a nationally designated Goshono Heritage site. Inside the park, features such as pit dwellings and stone circles have been restored. At the museum, you can learn about the Jomon period, the Goshono ruins, and the culture of this area. The wooden pedestrian bridge that connects the ruins to the parking lot, ``Kikiki no Tsurihashi,'' is also worth a visit.
