A Japanese musician who was active during the Meiji period. His real name is Tadasuke Yamakage. A direct disciple of Iemoto Bungo Otsu. He succeeded the first generation Matsuo Tayu, and later assumed the name of the sixth Komonji Tayu. After living in Morioka, the place of his ancestors, for four years, he returned to Tokyo in 1888 and acted in the Tate region in the production of ``Seki no Tobira'', making him famous as the first Tayu of Tokiwazu.
