Takabi is a crop that is suitable for Daito Town's climate and geology, and is rich in polyphenols that suppress oxidation. Takikiki flour, which is made by grinding the Takikiki into powder, is suitable for making dumplings. Takakibi udon, which uses 20% takakibi flour, is a new specialty of Daito Town.
