Located on the south side of Morioka Station, in Morioka City Central Park, where cultural facilities are gathered, it was developed with the aim of being a place where people of all generations can have fun, connect, and learn together.
The area includes the Manabi Building, which houses a Western confectionery shop and a homespun workshop, the Food and Beverage Building, which houses a udon restaurant and a cafe.
In addition, there is a gallery of Nanbu ironware and a direct sales shop selling fresh vegetables and fruits grown by farmers near Morioka city.
