Harutate Land Takada Matsubara, which was located near the coast, was completely washed away in the Great East Japan Earthquake, and the fields where crops were grown were also severely damaged. However, the union members put together their collective efforts and reopened the store in June 2011 at a temporary store in Takekoma-cho, the same city. We sell fresh vegetables, handmade sweets, and other items that are just as they were before the disaster.
