Mt. Kurakake, located at the base of Mt. Iwate and with an altitude of 897.1m, is a hiking course for families where you can easily enjoy climbing. During the season, it is crowded with middle-aged people and people with children. Mt. Kurakake changes its appearance spectacularly with each season: spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
