"Morioka Illumination Bright" started in December 2022 as a successor event to "Morioka Snow Lights", and illuminations will be lit at seven locations in the center of Morioka City, with the main venue being the plaza in front of the Morioka History and Culture Museum. Enjoy the winter streets of Morioka filled with lights.
