Kamenoko Senbei Honpo Onami

A rice cracker shaped like a turtle shell and coated with sesame seeds. It has a good texture and just the right amount of sweetness from the black sesame seeds. Recently, ``Kogane Senbei'' made with golden sesame seeds has also been well received.

Original white anpan

White anpan was made to honor the beauty of the remaining snow on Mt. Murone at the southern end of the Kitakami Mountains. This is a creative Japanese confectionery made using special techniques since 1894. It won the Judge-General's Award at the National Confectionery Competition Iwate Hiroshi.
