"Senbonmatsu" was named after the town's designated natural monument. Buttery aroma, rich taste, and simple shape. The bark of an old pine tree that looks hundreds of years old is shaped and baked to give it a natural finish. Received the 37th Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Effort Award.

Made at a long-established noodle factory in Karumai town, using traditional natural drying methods. Tartary soba, whose noodles turn yellow when boiled, is even more delicious when eaten chilled with tsukemen.
