    A nationally designated important cultural property located within the storage room of Asai Chifuku Atago Shrine.
    It is said to have been created by Jikaku Daishi in 850. Height: 175cm. It was carved from a single piece of horse chestnut wood using a machete, and the unusual round chisel eyes are clearly visible.
    Usually closed. Advance reservations required.
