    Daimaruya Co., Ltd. Murata Confectionery Store

    Since its founding in 1952, Daimaruya has carefully examined the raw materials to satisfy even those who are particular about ingredients, and each product is carefully crafted one by one by confectionery artisans who have inherited the tradition.     Nanbu Senbei Morioka Senbei Store

    Morioka Senbei store was established in 1936. In addition to sesame and peanut, the shop sells about 20 varieties of rice crackers, including soy sauce and green tea. 　Visitors can try their hand at making rice crackers at the Morioka Tezukuri Mura workshop. (100 yen per session).

    Aya Sonoko Issaryo

    There is a black stucco storehouse that is over 200 years old in Konyamachi, where many earthen storehouse-style buildings still remain. The first floor is Gallery Saisono, and the second floor is Issaryo (coffee shop). The light from the lamps gently illuminating the high-ceilinged interior and the nostalgic furniture will soothe your soul. Enjoy a relaxing moment with coffee and Chinese tea. There is also ``Aisono II'' in the back, which is a hidden art space.
