Tainai Kuguri, located at the 8th station of Mt. Kujihiradake, has strangely shaped rocks measuring 10 meters square and lined up at 50 centimeter intervals, and it is said that walking through these rocks will relieve your lower back pain.

Nakano Shirataki

Nakano Shirataki is a large waterfall with two tiers, the upper waterfall is 27 meters high and 8 meters wide, and the lower waterfall is 6 meters high and 12 meters wide. There is also a promenade leading from the waterfall to the sea, where you can enjoy hiking.

Takizawa Otaki

A 20-meter-high, 15-meter-wide waterfall surrounded by virgin forest behind Takizawa Shrine. Surrounded by forest, its appearance is impressive for its quietness and mysterious atmosphere. (Bus from Morioka to Taneichi: 3 services a day.) Transfer at Hachinohe Station on the jr Tohoku Main Line.

Agri Park Osawa

Agri Park Osawa is an exchange facility with bathing accommodations, restaurants, and a product corner. The bathing facilities at Helston Hot Springs include a purely Japanese-style Hiba no Yu, a Western-style granite bath, and an open-air bath. It is also a facility where you can enjoy leisure activities such as park golf, and in the adjacent product corner, you can enjoy fresh local vegetables and seafood such as sea bream and sea urchin.
