Namiuchizaki

Namiuchi is a dynamic rocky reef where the rough waves of the Pacific Ocean wash over you with spray. This reef is the end of the Sannoiwa Promenade, and the upper part is almost flat. When you look down at the ocean from atop an unfenced reef, the sound of the rough waves that resonates deep in your chest makes you feel once again the majesty of nature.

Shigemo Peninsula Takashi Gasaki

Shigemo Peninsula is a peninsula that juts out to the east of the city. Takagasaki, located about an hour's walk from the Aneyoshi campsite, is located at 142 degrees 4 minutes 21 seconds east longitude and is the easternmost point of Honshu. There is the Torigasaki Lighthouse, which was the setting for the movie ``How Many Years of Joy and Sorrow'' was filmed. It takes about 50 minutes by car from Miyako Station to Aneyoshi Campsite. (You cannot go to Takashi Gasaki by car.)

Karagasamatsu

It is the oldest pine tree in Taro town and its appearance resembles a Chinese umbrella. It is located on the grounds of Greenpia Taro, and the view of the coastline and Karagasa pine trees from the hill is spectacular. Since it is a valuable tree, we need to appeal to local residents and tourists to protect and preserve it for a long time. Permit required as it is within Greenpia Taro premises
