Shigemo Peninsula Takashi Gasaki
Shigemo Peninsula is a peninsula that juts out to the east of the city. Takagasaki, located about an hour's walk from the Aneyoshi campsite, is located at 142 degrees 4 minutes 21 seconds east longitude and is the easternmost point of Honshu. There is the Torigasaki Lighthouse, which was the setting for the movie ``How Many Years of Joy and Sorrow'' was filmed. It takes about 50 minutes by car from Miyako Station to Aneyoshi Campsite. (You cannot go to Takashi Gasaki by car.)
