On the east side of Inaba Shrine in the Fujine district of Waga Town, Kitakami City, there is a colony of zazen grass that has been cherished by local residents. A wooden path has been installed so that visitors can safely tour the area.
The "Zazenkiso Festival" is held in mid-March and is lively with local entertainment and direct sales of local products.
