Ninohe Civic Cultural Center (cherry blossoms along the Mabuchi River)

    The facility is equipped with a large hall, a medium-sized hall, and exhibition rooms. Many works by Shigeo Fukuda, who is associated with Ninohe City, are located throughout the museum.
    In spring, cherry blossoms bloom along the Mabuchi River, attracting many flower watchers.
