This is a traditional dish from Hirono Town.
This is a kelp roll made by wrapping salmon in young, one-year-old natural kelp.
He was certified as a "Food Master" in 1999.
You can enjoy it at the restaurant ``Friendly'' along National Route 45.

Ohno Industrial Design Center

This facility opened in June 1991 to carry out training, research, and production with the aim of creating products that enrich people's lives. There are production facilities such as a wood workshop, an exhibition room for special products including Ohno Woodworking, a restaurant, and an event plaza.

Hirono Fisheries Center Unique

Opened on March 26, 2014 as a new tourism information and experience exchange base for Hirono Town. There is a direct sales shop on the first floor, where you can buy seafood from Hirono Town and souvenirs. On the third floor, there is a product exhibition corner focusing on the town's special products and a snack corner where you can enjoy meals made with local ingredients.
