③ Nishiwaga Industrial Corporation (Nishiwaga Town)
“Yuki no Chikara” is built in Nishiwaga Town, which is located on the prefectural border of Iwate and Akita and is known as the area with the heaviest snowfall in Iwate Prefecture.
Using Nishiwaga rice harvested in autumn as the raw material, high-quality groundwater from the Higusa River is used for brewing, and the rice is slowly fermented while keeping the temperature low to create a sweet flavor.
Although the sugar content exceeds 15 degrees, it has a refreshing acidity and is easy to drink. The sweet taste of Doburoku makes it easy for women to drink and enjoy.
Please enjoy it with delicious Nishiwaga ingredients.

④ Agricultural cooperative corporation Miyamori River Upstream Production Association (Tono City)
This is Doburoku from Tono City, the first Doburoku Special Zone in Japan.
Doburoku, which was once brewed at home, is a regional flavor. Aiming for the taste of Doburoku that is loved by Miyamori in Tono City, we use the Iwate sake rice “Ginginga” grown by the Miyamori River Upstream Production Association, and the association handles everything from brewing to bottling. Doburoku is thick and has a gentle sweetness derived from rice, making it easy to pair with meals.
On February 17, 2020, “New Rice Doburoku Sweet” won a prize at the “National Doburoku Research Competition” held in Obu City, Aichi Prefecture.

⑤ MILK-INN Egawa (Tono City)
First doburoku special zone and first manufacturing license in Tono City.
Doburoku at MILK-INN Egawa, a farm guesthouse located in the natural surroundings of Tono’s mountains and offering a variety of nature experiences, is the result of the owner’s desire for guests to enjoy local cuisine with the local atmosphere and alcohol. It was created from thought.
There are three types of doburoku, which are made using “kakehashi” harvested from the rice fields in front of the guest house, and have a strong rice flavor. The first to be produced, Kaitaku, the slightly sweeter Gokoku, and the pink, Hana, are the sweetest. Enjoy the nostalgic flavors unique to this region.
⑥ Takamuro Suikoen (Tono City)
This Doburoku from Tono City is the first Doburoku Special Zone in Japan.
It is made in the traditional way, without using any unnecessary ingredients, and uses Tono’s “Akitakomachi” as the main ingredient, and is finished with water from the Tono mountains, domestically produced rice malt, and yeast.
It is produced in almost the same way as amazake, so although it is alcoholic, it contains the same rich nutrients as amazake. It’s sweet enough to make you ask, “Does it have sugar in it?” It’s just the sweetness of pure rice.
There are easy-to-drink sweet varieties with low alcohol content and dry varieties with a refreshing taste. Enjoy the traditional flavor.

⑦ Dobu Rock (Hiraizumi Town)
Doburoku was started by five energetic farming mothers from Hiraizumi Town.
We use only “Hitomebore” caught in the town, and the sweetness and rich, deep flavor are appealing.
The name “One Sound” comes from the “Chusonji Temple Memorial Memorial”, which says, “May the single sound of this bell, which resounds equally throughout the world, lead the souls of those who have lost their lives to the Pure Land of Paradise.” It seems that this symbolic “one sound” was used as the name for Doburoku.
“Koshiraku” is made using red yeast and has a beautiful pink color. Packed in a cute heart-shaped bottle, it is also recommended as a gift.

⑧ Farmhouse Inn Kanrakurou (Ichinoseki City)
“Kanrakuro” is a farmhouse inn built in an old folk house that was built about 140 years ago. The owner manages the guest house, grows rice, makes doburoku, and maintains the flower garden all by himself.
“Anchan’s Doburoku” made at the Doburoku workshop takes about three weeks to make using rice that they have grown themselves, and has a subtle sweetness and concentrated rice flavor. In addition to two types, sweet and dry, they also make “Jomon no Hana”, a sour wine-like doburoku made from the ancient rice “Asashi”.
You can enjoy a nostalgic atmosphere when you sit around the hearth of an old folk house and enjoy it with your meal.
