It has four hot springs, including ``Yume-no-Yu'' and ``Semi-no-Yu'', and ``Bijin no Yu'' is especially popular among women because it leaves their skin smooth after bathing. Irihata Dam is lit up from July to August, and the view from the open-air bath will transport you to a fantastical world. Focusing on fresh eel and river fish dishes, you can enjoy wild vegetable dishes in spring and mushroom dishes in autumn.

Natsuyu Onsen Tourist Hotel [Natsuyu Onsen]

Surrounded by a source that has been flowing for 850 years, a primeval beech forest, and the murmuring of Natsuyu Valley. This is a simple and tasteful hot spring inn. There are four hot springs, ``White Monkey Bath'', ``Kame no Yu'', ``Hebino Yu'', and ``Shintaro Hot Spring'', and all baths are fed directly from the source. In 2017, "RV Park Hidden Hot Spring Natsyu Onsen", where you can stay in a camper, opened.

Kenji’s Inn

Kenji's accommodation has two buildings: the main building and the new building. 350m from the west exit of Shin-Hanamaki Station. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. It is also convenient for trips to the Kenji Miyazawa Memorial Museum, Fairy Tale Village, Hanamaki Onsen, Tono, and Mt. Hayachine.

Samurai Beach Seawater Pool

A seawater pool carved out of a rocky area adjacent to the Kitasamurahama Campsite. There are no waves, so children can enjoy it with peace of mind. There are coin showers (100 yen for 3 minutes), changing rooms, and flush toilets.

Shiwa Rose Garden

A 3-minute drive from Roadside Station Shiwa, this rose garden is located on a hill overlooking the majestic Mt. Iwate to the north and the vineyards and countryside of the Akazawa area to the south. We have planted over 1,500 fragrant roses of about 610 species, which are rare even in Japan. The rose festival, which is held twice a year (early June to mid-July and early September to late October), is visited by many people from inside and outside the prefecture every day. Enjoy an elegant moment surrounded by the scent of roses in a special space with an exotic atmosphere reminiscent of southern France.
