A historic hot spring said to have been discovered in the Horeki era (mid-18th century). A quiet hot spring located in the back of Osawa Onsen, with the Toyosawa River flowing outside the window. It is said to have been a favorite of the lord of the Nanbu domain, and was the setting for Torahiko Tamiya's novel ``Ginshinju.'' Shirazaru no Yu is a unique bathtub in Japan, and it is a standing bath with a depth of 1.5 meters. The hot springs are effective against rheumatism, neuralgia, gastrointestinal diseases, skin diseases, and women's diseases.

Ryusendo Cave Wakka

The Ryusendo Cave Tourist Hall, which was located across from Ryusendo Cave, opened in April 2023 as a new exchange base, ``Ryusendo Wakka''. We sell a wide variety of products that can only be purchased in this area, including specialty products such as Iwaizumi yogurt, as well as vegetables and seafood from Iwaizumi and the surrounding area, local specialty sweets, and local sake.

Esashi Clean Park

The heated pool and bathhouse are heated by residual heat from the adjacent Iwate Clean Center incineration facility. It can be comfortably used all year round. The park also has tennis courts and an indoor gateball field.

Yakiishi mountain range beach line

It is a nickname for the stretch of National Route 397 from the Isawa Dam/Tsunuma area to the Akita Prefecture border, and the word "beach" in English means beech. This driving course is surrounded by a vast expanse of primeval beech forest, and is especially popular during the seasons of fresh greenery and autumn leaves.

Tendai no Yu

Tendai-no-Yu is located at the foot of Mt. Inaniwa, and is a place of relaxation where you can relax in the midst of nature. There are 12 Japanese-style rooms and 2 Western-style rooms, and the special ``Urushi no Ma'' room, which uses lacquer produced in Joboji, is limited to two rooms a day. There is also a large hall where you can eat and take a break, as well as a meeting room, so it can be used for a variety of purposes. There is a large public bath and sauna with slightly alkaline mineral springs that contain a well-balanced amount of natural minerals, and you can also take a day trip bath.
