Otsuchi Town Cultural Exchange Center Oshacchi

This facility is about a 5-minute walk from Otsuchi Station and includes a town library and multipurpose hall. Osawa’s Garyuume

A natural monument designated by Iwate Prefecture. Approximately 300 years old. Osawa Bridge

This is the spot where the Sanriku Railway crosses a railway bridge with the Pacific Ocean in the background. This is a 30 meter high railway bridge located south of Horiuchi Station on the Sanriku Railway. It is said to be one of the most famous sights along the Sanriku Railway, and it stops for about a minute on the bridge to offer tourists an ocean view.
