Mahiru Onsen (day trip bathing facility)

A hot spring facility directly managed by the town. This simple hot spring (hypotonic alkaline hot spring) is effective for treating neuralgia, muscle pain, etc. Although it is a small facility for day trip bathing only, it is perfect for recovering from fatigue after climbing Mt. Mahiru.

The original Akigarasu Honpo Matsuda Shorindo

A long-established confectionery store in Tono City. Matsuda Shorindo's signature product is ``Akegaras'', an elegant confectionery made with well-kneaded confectionery seeds and added with walnuts and black sesame seeds. The name comes from the fact that the cut end of the walnut resembles the appearance of a crow flying.
