The store is located on the other side of the stream, and when you put money in the basket that hangs from the rope and tap the board with a mallet, the basket is pulled up and the dango you ordered comes down with tea in it instead. It is said that it is because of the many years of experience that the tea in the basket reaches the customer without spilling.

Millet starch syrup

Ankoro persimmon

The second generation of Hermano is so skilled that they even opened a store at Iwate Confectionery Expo. The seeds are removed one by one from carefully selected dried persimmons, and carefully filled with paste and yellow bean paste, the whole persimmon is coated with yokan.
