Hiraniwa Kogen Campsite

A campsite full of greenery surrounded by a vast beech forest. Hiraniwa Kogen, which boasts the largest white birch forest in Japan, is a treasure trove of nature.You can also gather mushrooms and watch wild birds from here, and it is often used for school events, children's parties, and families. You can also use the nearby Hiraniwa Sanso for just bathing. You can enjoy an early morning walk observing the vast beech forest and precious wildflowers, or stargazing on a clear night.

Daimonji campsite

A quiet campground surrounded by nature. Weather permitting, you can view the stars in the sky at night. Camping sets are available for rent.

Kita Samurai Beach Campground

This campground overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is rich in nature. The seawater pool, which has been hollowed out of a rocky beach and is unique in Japan, is adjacent to the campground, and small children can enjoy it together. Otsutsumi Park Campsite (Kitakami Sports Park)

A campsite located within Kitakami Sports Park. It's convenient because it's in the middle of town and there's a convenience store nearby.

Amihari Onsen Campsite

Since it is a campsite within a vacation village, it is fully equipped and can be used safely even on days such as heavy rain. There is a day trip bathing facility "Yakushi-no-Yu" 2 to 3 minutes walk away, and you can enjoy the hot springs while camping.

Campground Bearbell

A campsite built by an owner who loves the outdoors and camping. There is a kitchen with drinkable hot spring water. It is a place blessed with nature, with hot springs and Natsuyu Kogen ski resort nearby. It is also open during the winter, so you can enjoy camping in the snow.

Aneyoshi Campsite

This campground is located at the starting point of the promenade to Todokasaki Lighthouse, located on the easternmost tip of Honshu. It was closed due to tsunami damage, but reopened in April 2016 as a day-trip campground.

the campus – Troika Forest

This outdoor complex is located in a vast 15-hectare forest that straddles Kitakami City and Oshu City. In addition to camping, a restaurant where you can taste dishes made from local ingredients and an accommodation building where you can enjoy a sauna have been completed, allowing you to enjoy nature in a casual manner. In November 2023, it was recognized as a certified course for " Quaalto Health Walking," which originated in Germany.

Shigaku Campsite

Shigaku Campsite, located at the foot of Mt. Shigaku, is a campsite where you can hear the murmuring of the Waga River, and the whole family can enjoy forest bathing and bird watching. There is a hot spring facility "Sawauchi Baden" nearby.

Akedo campsite

Although it was washed away by the tsunami, it was relocated inland and resumed operations in 2015. It is now wider and easier to use than before, so please feel free to use it.

Miyako Anegasaki Auto Campsite

A campground that opened in 2013. Located on a hill 60m above sea level, you can enjoy the resort outdoors overlooking the beautiful Sanriku coastline.

Kawaranobo Campsite

Free campground convenient for climbing Hayachine Peak. Reservations are not required.
