Shigaku Ski Resort

The area around the foot of Mt. Shigaku is being developed as an outdoor activity zone. Mt. Chokai can be seen from Mt. Shigaku, which is 563 meters above sea level, and the ski slopes at the ski resort are generally short, but there are steep and gentle slopes, making it enjoyable for the whole family, from advanced skiers to beginners. There is one bowler lift. There is also a 2.5km cross-country course.

Municipal Yuda Ski Resort

Kawasaki Chiba Farm

"Sachinoka" and "Yayoi Hime", which are popular for their rich and rich flavor, are cultivated in carefully made soil beds. All the strawberries are firm and filling.

Shiwa Fruit Park

Shiwa Fruit Park is a winery that produces Shiwa's own wine, which is made with 100% grapes grown in Shiwa Town. Matsumoto apple orchard (blueberry picking)

Matsumoto Apple Orchard produces fruit trees such as apples and blueberries in a field overlooking the mountains of Iwate. In summer, you can experience blueberry harvesting. Ichinoseki Genbi Auto Campsite

This is a homely private campsite built by the owner himself and is staffed 24 hours a day. The large site is partitioned off by trees and is dedicated to all areas, making it a comfortable place to stay even during the high season. Close to the ancient capital of Hiraizumi and Genbikei, it is ideal as a tourist base for southern Iwate Prefecture. In addition to the hot springs that are 6 minutes away by car, there are 7 hot spring kingdoms within 30 minutes.

Orizume-dake auto campsite

This auto campground is located near the top of Mt. It is a great location with a panoramic view of the city of Ninohe below.
