① Akatsuki Brewery Hachimantai Factory (Hachimantai City)
Akatsuki Brewery Hachimantai Factory is a microbrewery that was born in Hachimantai City in 2020. The beer is brewed using Kanazawa Shimizu, one of Japan’s 100 best waters, which flows through the premises, and the brewery uses geothermal energy to make beer that takes full advantage of the power of nature.
The name of the organic beer “Dragon Eye” made here comes from the popular spot “Hachimantai Dragon Eye” where the melting snow in Kagaminuma near the summit of Mt. Hachimantai looks like the eye of a dragon. It is also designed.

② Baeren Brewery (Morioka City)
We use brewing equipment relocated from Germany to produce classic beers using traditional European methods. There are three directly managed restaurants in Morioka City where you can always drink our beer: Nakanobashi, Saien, and in front of Morioka Station. ③ Sanriku Beer (Ofunato City)
We make beer using agricultural products and marine products grown along the Sanriku coast as secondary ingredients.
The wheat-based white beer “Weekend no Umineko” uses Kesen camellia tea leaves carefully hand-picked in the Kesen area, giving it a slight taste of camellia tea. There are yuzu from the northern limit of Rikuzentakata, sansho from Echikirai in Sanriku Town, and oyster stout made from oysters landed on the Sanriku coast. Craft ginger ale, which is a mixture of ginger and seven carefully selected spices and is scented with yuzu from the northern limit of Rikuzentakata, is also popular.

⑥ Helios Sake Brewery Sawauchi Brewery (Nishiwaga Town)
Nishiwaga Town has the most snow in Iwate Prefecture, and lives in snow for about half of the year. Because the beer is brewed with the rich, high-quality water from the Ou Mountains brought by the snow, the result is a beer with a very soft texture.
Each label design represents a season in Nishiwaga, with the white beer using the winter snow motif, the Kölsch using the early summer bracken, and the pale ale using the spring katakuri motif.
