INDEX
① Suzuumi no Oka Winery (Noda Village)
This winery was established in 2016 to produce high-quality wine from wild grapes grown in Noda Village.
The fruits, which grow slowly in the cold and humid easterly winds “Yamase” that blow from spring to early summer, have been said to be good for nourishment and tonicity since ancient times. The Nihonyama grapes, which are mainly cultivated by farmers located on a hill about 3 km from the coast and 500 m above sea level, are selected from superior strains from wild species and propagated through methods such as cuttings. The wine is brewed with a pure and simple natural taste, with a ripe jam-like fruit flavor and firm acidity that tightens the aftertaste.

④ Gomaibashi Winery (Morioka City)
Gomaibashi Winery was founded in Morioka City Gate in 2001.
For red wine, we reduce the number of bunches of grapes we grow in our own vineyards to about one-third, and after harvesting, we hand-select only the best grapes and use them to make wine that emphasizes quality. The number is limited to approximately 1000 pieces.
We also produce Gomaibashi Ringo Wine, a wine made from apples grown only on the east bank of the Kitakami River, as well as cider. We also carry wine imported directly from Austria.

⑥ Shiwa Cidery (Shiwa Town)
Shiwa Town is known as a “fruit village” where grapes, peaches, and La France grapes are actively cultivated.
The representative who moved to Shiwa from America, the home of cider, was fascinated by the deliciousness of apples harvested in the town and created a new type of alcoholic beverage, “Hop Cider.” This dry cider has a refreshing aroma of apples and hops, and a dry taste with carbonic acid. Dry hops are added in the latter half of brewing to add flavor and make it easier to drink, making it recommended even for people who don’t like beer.
