⑦ Kamegamori Brewery (Hanamaki City)
More than 90% of the grapes and apples used as raw materials are grown by ourselves. No herbicides or chemical fertilizers are used, and the grapes are harvested from fields where the soil is made with compost. The grapes are used with their skins on, and the juice is 99% without supplementary sugar or acid. We avoid wasting raw materials and prepare the parts of the fruit that have the richest flavor and aroma, so you can enjoy a fresher aroma. Both wine and cider are bottled without using a filter, only by straining, so active yeast and fruit dregs settle out.

After more than 15 years of winemaking experience, he established a winery on the premises of his parents, who are also grape growers.

⑩ Osako Sato Vineyard (Hanamaki City)
We are a new winemaker that mainly grows wine grapes and started home-brewing in 2021. Since I have no experience in agriculture or winemaking, nor do I have many years of experience or intuition, I am working on grape cultivation based on thorough data accumulation and analysis.
Currently, we grow two red varieties (Merlot and Zweigeltrebe) and three white varieties (Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling Lyon, and Gewurztraminer) in a field of about 65 acres. In the spring of 2021, we will open a brewery equipped with 11 large and small brewing tanks. Four types of original wine will be released in spring 2022. Taking advantage of the characteristics of a small winery, we create dry wine with a clear drinking taste, and aim to create Japanese wine that goes well with Japanese food, aiming to reach the world where we have traveled before, such as Europe and America.

⑪ Monnosuke Farm (Hanamaki City)
The name of the farm, “Monnosuke,” is the name of the family home, and we use it as the name of the farm because we want to spread the delicious wine from the land that was entrusted to us in this place where we were born and raised. He manages a 70-acre orchard by himself and grows three varieties of grapes and four varieties of apples. In 2018, he started selling cider using home-grown apples, and in September 2021. A home brewery was completed in . We take a lot of time to make the fruit, such as allowing a long period of skin contact to transfer the components of the fruit skin into the fruit juice, making sure to squeeze the fruit gently with a manual press, and spending more than a month on secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is being

⑭ Hiraizumi Winery (Hiraizumi Town)
In Hiraizumi, a world heritage town known for Chuson-ji and Motsu-ji temples, we produce natural wine with the concept of “handmade wine made by farmers.” We grow our own grapes using only organic fertilizers and few pesticides, and we process the juice without any unnecessary manipulation to bring out the natural flavor of the grapes.
We use “Koyuki wheat,” which is said to be a fantastic wheat that we grew ourselves, and pair it with bread baked with homemade natural yeast, so the wine has a dry flavor to go well with the meal.
