The original enshu ware “Mine no Sanga”

``Ganso Enshuyaki Mine no Sanga'' from Takako Confectionery, a long-established confectionery store founded in the Meiji era, is a famous confectionery that represents Osako-cho, Hanamaki City. A product made by wrapping red bean paste in dough mixed with sesame seeds and baking it slowly. It has a sublime sweetness and a delicious aroma and sesame flavor.
