Ankoro persimmon

The second generation of Hermano is so skilled that they even opened a store at Iwate Confectionery Expo. The shop is popular for its long-established Japanese sweets as well as stylish cakes made with seasonal fruits. Ankoro persimmons are recommended as souvenirs. The seeds are removed one by one from carefully selected dried persimmons, and carefully filled with paste and yellow bean paste, the whole persimmon is coated with yokan.

Delicious milk that is confidently recommended by dairy farmers in the dairy kingdom of Iwate. This milk uses a sterilization method at temperatures below 100 degrees to preserve the natural flavor of raw milk without damaging its ingredients as much as possible. Yume Yogurt, a yogurt with less acidity and sweetness made using this delicious milk, is also popular.
