Handmade soba Yamashige

This is a handmade soba specialty store located along National Route 46 in Shizukuishi Town. We use buckwheat flour from Shizukuishi, and we are particular about the soba soup. The handmade soba yokan is not very sweet and has a slight soba flavor. It is popular as a souvenir item.

Handmade soba Onihauchi

A handmade soba shop in Kuji City. We use 100% domestic buckwheat flour. A popular menu is the ``Akaoni Set Meal,'' which is a set that includes a large serving of kakiage (soba or udon) and an extra-large rice ball. Please try the challenge at least once.

Ankake Katsudon Kozumi Shokudo

Speaking of cutlet bowl in Senmaya-cho, Ichinoseki City, it is "Ankake Katsudon". This katsudon is made with shredded cabbage topped with crispy fried pork cutlet and topped with a special sweet and sour bean paste. Once you try it, you'll be hooked.

The finest wakame seaweed is carefully sourced and collected. Please try authentic wakame at the best time. The manufacturer Endo Bussan's factory was washed away by the Great East Japan Earthquake. With no hope of recovery at the previous location, we have rented space and gradually resumed production.
