Kaihozuke

This is an original product from a long-established restaurant, made with softly boiled abalone, salmon roe, mekabu, and capelin eggs marinated in a secret sauce. This luxurious dish is prepared by the head chef who knows the flavors of Sanriku and has appeared on TV many times.

Sanriku seaweed

The finest wakame seaweed is carefully sourced and collected. Please try authentic wakame at the best time. The manufacturer Endo Bussan's factory was washed away by the Great East Japan Earthquake. With no hope of recovery at the previous location, we have rented space and gradually resumed production.

Hope Water System Iwanakan

The ``Iwana'' grown using the abundant spring water from Mt. Iwate is one of the best in the world. In addition to the standard salt-grilled dish, you can also enjoy it as sashimi or sushi.

Kippin Abalone

Yoshihama dried abalone (Kippin abalone) is a high-quality dried abalone created and preserved by the climate and fishermen of Sanriku Yoshihama. Nowadays, our products are highly valued not only in Japan but also around the world, and are exported mainly to countries such as China.

Noda scallops

Scallops caught in Sanriku are grown in the open ocean with good tidal flow, so they are characterized by their large scallops and firm flesh. Every December, the Noda Scallop Festival is held, and scallops from Noda Village are served.

The restaurant's popular diver set meal is a restaurant where you can enjoy sea squirt in a variety of ways, including sashimi, grilled, and fried sea squirt. However, as we are particular about freshness and only use freshly caught food that day, we may not be able to provide it. Kurosaki Senkyo Onsen (one-day bathing facility)

This hot spring, which opened in April 2004, is located in a national park near the Kurosaki Senkyo Gorge on the eastern tip of the Hirota Peninsula, with a magnificent view overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There are bathrooms, a Japanese-style social room, a shop, and a restaurant that serves seasonal dishes such as raw sea urchin bowl and abalone bowl. The spring quality contains a lot of calcium and sodium, and is effective for chronic skin diseases and chronic women's diseases.

Shirouo’s dance eating

Shirouo caught at the mouth of the Kesen River. It has become synonymous with the taste of spring. To eat, season with vinegar and soy sauce to taste and swallow in one gulp.
