Iwayado Yokan Kikusendo

``Iwayado Yokan'' is a traditional flavor that has been preserved since its founding in 1908. Since our founding, we have not changed the amount of ingredients or the manufacturing method at all, and we do not use any extracts or sweeteners.We only use the flavor of the ingredients.

La La Iwate

“Lara Iwate” is a shop selling local products that relocated from Morioka City Saien to Uchimaru and reopened in June 2021. We have a wide selection of specialty products from all over the prefecture, including Morioka, including crafts such as Nanbu ironware, famous sweets, and local sake. There will also be a farm-fresh corner selling fresh vegetables from around the prefecture, as well as local specialty product fairs and other events.

Town station “Masazane-kan”

Masazane-kan, a town station, opened in July 2011. The first floor has a sales corner for local products, displaying locally produced sweet tea, grape juice, cereals, Nanbu kake, Nanbu senbei, etc. There is also a free rest area and a kids' corner where children can play, making it a convenient place to take a break.

Mother House Daasuko

A direct sales shop run mainly by the JA Women's Department. In addition to freshly harvested agricultural products, the store also sells wood crafts and craft items. At the restaurant, you can enjoy homemade dishes such as hittsumi made with local ingredients. Mom's set meal is popular, and you can get unlimited refills of Hitomebore from Hanamaki.

Koshi persimmon

Koshi persimmons are a specialty of Koshi Town in the western part of Kamaishi City. When persimmons begin to grow in gardens in Koshi Town, you know it is autumn in Kamaishi. Koshi persimmons are harvested and smoked in a persimmon room for about a week at an appropriate temperature to remove the astringency. After smoking, the color changes from brown to bright red, and the texture is soft and jelly-like, just like a tomato. In autumn, the Koshi Persimmon Festival is held around the Kamaishi Sennin Touge Roadside Station. Please come and enjoy the autumn taste of Kamaishi.

A long-established confectionery store in Tono City. Manjuya's signature product, Sakamanju, has a unique flavor and a fluffy, soft texture that is created by fermenting the mash of sake using a secret method and mixing them together.
